How to Manage Billing and AI Credits
View your subscription, manage billing, cancel a plan, and add more AI credits for writing check-in descriptions.
The Subscription section controls whether a location is active and able to use Map Check-Ins features.
View your subscription
Navigate to: Map Check-Ins → Settings → Subscription
Step 1: Review your current plan
In the Subscription tab, you can review:
your current plan
billing status
renewal details
An active subscription is required to:
create check-ins
access features
publish content
✅ Result
You can now confirm whether the location is active and ready to use.
Manage your subscription
Navigate to: Map Check-Ins → Settings → Subscription
Step 2: Check your billing details
Open the Subscription tab and review your plan details.
Use this section to monitor the subscription and make sure the location stays active.
Cancel your subscription
Navigate to: Map Check-Ins → Settings → Subscription
Step 3: Cancel future billing
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the action
Canceling stops future billing for that location.
⚠️ Warning
Once canceled, the location will lose access to features after the current billing period ends.
Use AI credits
Step 4: Use AI when creating a check-in
When creating a check-in, click Write with AI to generate or improve the description.
Each AI action uses AI credits.
This feature is useful when you want help writing faster or improving consistency across check-ins.
Add more AI credits
Navigate to: Map Check-Ins → Settings → Subscription
Step 5: Top up AI credits
Click Top up AI Credits
Complete the purchase
Adding more credits lets you keep using AI features for check-in descriptions.
